0970R Cosmetic Hydrophilic Micrometer Titanium Dioxide is an excellent hydrophilic dispersant of cosmetics, with good whiteness, high covering ability and good dispersibility，It’s not applicable to the cosmetics containing sodium salt. 0970R is researched and developed with the product samples of Japan for five years ,it is manufactured by the sulphate process adopting international advanced technology and devices. It is designed to aim at reducing the heavy-metal content as far as possible and has successfully passed the SGS testing and REACH testing,it is White powder,soluble in hot and concentrated strong acid and alkali, having the good chemical stability; It has strong achromatic power, covering power, with excellent properties of pigment.it is used to impart a whiteness to colour cosmetics, skin care and soap products and it helps to increase the opacity, and reduce the transparency/translucency of a product formula.A primary ingredient in mineral makeup providing coverage and increasing adhesion. Chemically inert and therefore compatible with a wide range of ingredients.Comply to EU, US and Japanese regulations for cosmetics. FDA approved for : Eyes, face, lips, nails and body.


Applications
0970R Cosmetic Hydrophilic Micrometer Titanium Dioxide widely used in soaps, moisturizers, foundations, cream, lotion, color cosmetics, children and adults sun care products, etc, contributing excellent sun-block efficacy,the higher the usage rate, the higher the spf and the greater the coverage,now it has become an excellent anti-UV additive for sunscreen cosmetics.especially as a pigment, has super whitening effect and is oil and water dispersible. Ultra-pure  titanium dioxide.  Its UV light intercepting properties make it ideal for sunscreen formulations, it also creates a natural finish for makeup products. Used as a main additive in loose mineral foundation, eyeshadows, blush,  it adds adhesion to your formulations.
